President & Chief Appraiser

Craig Silverman

Craig Silverman has been involved in the real estate industry for over thirty five years and actively engaged in Silverman & Company as President and Chief Appraiser since its inception in 1999. He was first certified as a real estate appraiser in 1993. His experience includes valuation assignments for all types of real estate, ownership interests and purposes. Craig performs both conventional and FHA financed loans throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. As of January 2026, he has completed over thirty thousand residential appraisals. His practice is focused on residential properties, including single-family dwellings, large “estates” and historically registered homes, condominium ownership, vacant land, and two-to-four family investment properties. Specialized services include litigation support in connection with divorce and estates, as well as appeal of real estate assessment and zoning and land use issues. Clients served include financial institutions, banks, mortgage lenders, attorneys, accountants, developers, federal agencies (i.e. HUD and Fannie Mae), realtors, and private individuals.

Office Manager

Linda Bennet

Linda has been with Silverman & Company since 2014. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of processing quality appraisal reports and ensures that the reports are transmitted to the clients in a professional and timely manner. Linda handles all daily tasks and duties that are required to have the appraisal process, as well as the office, working efficiently and productively.

Kimberly Storch

Kim began her work in the appraisal industry in 2015. She graduated from Monmouth University in 2009 and came to Silverman & Company after working seven years at Merrill Lynch. Kim focuses her efforts on all types of residential properties.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Fern Levin

Fern has worked with Silverman & Company since its inception in 1999. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University. Her main responsibilities include accounts payable and accounts receivable. She is involved in all aspects of the business and ensures all clients needs are being met.
