President & Chief Appraiser

Craig Silverman

 Craig Silverman has been involved in the real estate industry for over thirty five years and actively engaged in Silverman & Company as President and Chief Appraiser since its inception in 1999. He was first certified as a real estate appraiser in 1993. His experience includes valuation assignments for all types of real estate, ownership interests and purposes. Craig performs both conventional and FHA financed loans throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. As of January 2026, he has completed over thirty thousand residential appraisals. His practice is focused on residential properties, including single-family dwellings, large “estates” and historically registered homes, condominium ownership, vacant land, and two-to-four family investment properties. Specialized services include litigation support in connection with divorce and estates, as well as appeal of real estate assessment and zoning and land use issues. Clients served include financial institutions, banks, mortgage lenders, attorneys, accountants, developers, federal agencies (i.e. HUD and Fannie Mae), realtors, and private individuals.
