His clientele includes financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, government entities, corporations and private individuals. He has qualified as an expert witness in many jurisdictions.

Andrew is a certified real estate appraiser in Pennsylvania and has been active in the appraisal industry since 2006. Andrew graduated from Gettysburg College in 2004 with a degree in Business Management. He worked at Integra Realty Resources before coming to Silverman & Company in 2009. Andrew performs appraisals on all types of properties. He is a well-seasoned appraiser who continues to grow and expand his knowledge of the industry.

Kim is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who began her work in the appraisal industry in 2015. She graduated from Monmouth University in 2009 and came to Silverman & Company after working for seven years at Merrill Lynch. Kim focuses her efforts on all types of residential properties.

Linda is a key person at Silverman & Company and has become knowledgeable in all aspects of the processing of quality appraisal reports. She handles daily tasks and duties of the offices that are required to have the appraisal process working efficiently and productively. She is well organized when it comes to having the office functioning smoothly and successfully. Her main goal is for the company to have the appraisal reports transmitted to the clients in a professional and timely matter.

Fern has worked with Silverman & Company since its inception in 1999. She has a Bachelors Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University. She has a strong background in customer service and strives to ensure all our clients are satisfied. In addition, Fern heads the accounts payable department and is involved in all aspects of the business.
